  • If you have made a mistake in the desired text or other information for the personalization of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please write an email to info@bergkindl.de. For faster processing, please include the order number and your name if possible.

Questions about the order

  • Will I receive a confirmation once my order has been successfully processed?
  • Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us by email.
  • I noticed an error in the delivery or billing address. What can I do?
  • If you notice that there is something wrong with your delivery or billing address, please send us an email immediately to info@bergkindl.de If possible, please include the order number and your name directly.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the processing status, a cancellation may still be possible!
